2. Trademarks

“SMARTBAY,” “FlowOS,” and related marks are trademarks of Smart Bay. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

All website content, documentation, software, and creative works are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

4. Patents

Smart Bay holds patents related to:

  • Operating system architecture and kernel optimization
  • Cross-device connectivity protocols
  • AI-powered personalization algorithms
  • Blockchain-based financial systems
  • IoT communication frameworks

5. User Content

If you submit content to Smart Bay (feedback, suggestions, bug reports), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content in connection with our business.

6. Open Source

Smart Bay uses and contributes to open source software. Open source components are governed by their respective licenses, which can be found in the product documentation or source code repositories.
