FlowOS Service Terms

General Terms and Conditions for FlowOS

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using FlowOS (the “Operating System”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use FlowOS.

2. License Grant

Shenzhen Smart Bay Technology Co., Ltd. (“Smart Bay”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FlowOS solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.

3. Permitted Use

You may use FlowOS on compatible Smart Bay devices and authorized third-party hardware for the following purposes:

  • Operating smart devices and IoT hardware
  • Running AI-powered applications and services
  • Managing cross-device connectivity and data synchronization
  • Utilizing FinTech service integrations

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble FlowOS
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
  • Use FlowOS for any unlawful purpose
  • Distribute or sublicense FlowOS to third parties without prior written consent
  • Modify the kernel or core system components

5. Updates and Modifications

Smart Bay reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of FlowOS at any time. Critical security updates may be deployed automatically. Continued use of FlowOS after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

6. Data and Privacy

FlowOS may collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information through privacy sandboxes, hardware-level encryption, and transparent permission management.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in FlowOS, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of Smart Bay or its licensors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FLOWOS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SMART BAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART BAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FLOWOS.

10. Termination

Smart Bay may terminate or suspend your license to use FlowOS immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that Smart Bay believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Smart Bay, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, China.
