These terms apply to all AI software products and services offered by Shenzhen Smart Bay Technology Co., Ltd., including computer vision, natural language processing, and intelligent recommendation systems.

2. Service Description

Our AI services include:

  • Computer Vision — Image recognition, object detection, and video analysis
  • Natural Language Processing — Text analysis, sentiment detection, and language translation
  • Intelligent Recommendations — Personalized content and product recommendations
  • Custom AI Solutions — Tailored AI models for specific business needs

3. Usage Limits

AI services are subject to reasonable usage limits. Smart Bay may impose rate limits, quotas, or other restrictions to ensure service quality and prevent abuse.

4. Data Processing

When using our AI services, your data may be processed for the following purposes:

7. Intellectual Property

8. Service Availability

Smart Bay strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs may cause temporary disruptions.
