User Experience Program Supplement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Program Overview

The Smart Bay User Experience Program (UEP) allows you to contribute to product improvement by sharing usage data, crash reports, and feedback. Participation is entirely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

2. Data Collected

When you opt into the UEP, we may collect:

• Diagnostic Data — System performance metrics, error logs, and crash reports
• Usage Patterns — Feature usage frequency, navigation paths, and interaction timing
• Device Information — Hardware model, OS version, and network conditions
• Feedback — Survey responses and in-app feedback submissions

3. What We Do Not Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect:

• Personal files, photos, or messages
• Keystrokes or screen recordings (unless explicitly authorized)
• Location data outside of the program scope
• Contacts or communication content

4. Data Usage

Data collected through the UEP is used solely for:

• Identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues
• Improving product features and user experience
• Developing new features based on aggregated usage patterns

5. Data Anonymization

All UEP data is anonymized before analysis. We apply:

• Device ID hashing to prevent user identification
• Data aggregation to prevent individual profiling
• Automatic deletion of raw logs after 90 days

6. Opting Out

You can withdraw from the UEP at any time through:

• FlowOS: Settings → Privacy → User Experience Program
• Mobile App: Account → Preferences → Data Sharing
• Email Request: Send to [email protected]

Upon opt-out, all your previously submitted UEP data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Supplement

This supplement may be updated independently of the main Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be notified through the product.
